(I’m stealing this idea from Oh Julie.)
Outside My Window . . . I see stars but no moon.
I Am Thankful . . . a loved one who’s been in the hospital out of town all week has made it back home safely.
From The Kitchen . . . there is the wonderful smell of peanut butter cookies, brownies, and coconut-flour snickerdoodles.
I Am Wearing . . . a blue top, black shorts, white socks, and my most newest favorite earrings (some JCPenney sterling silver dangles in my bottom earlobe holes, with a tiny pair of cubic zirconia studs in the higher-up earlobe holes).
I Am Creating . . . a cross-stitched birthday gift for my soon-to-be 14-yr old.
I Am Going . . . to catch some zzzzz’s VERY soon after I hit “publish” for this post!
I Am Reading . . . Bitterblue, by Kristin Cashore. (Also loved her other two books, Graceling and Fire — both at that same link.)
I Am Hearing . . . the end of a rerun-episode of The Mentalist.
Around The House . . . are more houseplants, thriving no less!, than I’ve ever had at any one time before.
One Of My Favorite Things . . . is the stories my youngest son tells me about his day every day when he gets home from his theatre workshop.
A Few Plans . . . take some surprise munchies to my son’s theatre group, for their last day of workshop; give our bedding a run through the washer & dryer so we have from-the-dryer fresh sheets to crawl into when my hubby gets back from his business trip; catch the opening performance of the musical our teen’s in; make a serious dent in what I’m stitching and also in what I’m reading.
Here Is A Picture Of . . . peanut butter cookies and brownies I baked tonight to take to the theatre kiddos tomorrow:
